Flavors.me: Make a homepage in minutes.

Yesterday I made a page at flavors.me, a website where you can make a homepage for yourself, a company, … in just a few minutes. Basically all you have to do, is sign up (for free) with an e-mailaddress, a username and a password. After you’ve done that, you’ll be directed to a white page with only the words “Welcome” and “This is your new Flavors.me page.” and you’ll see a design panel. With that design panel you can:

1) Name your page and tell something about it;

2) Add some of your favourite feeds, like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Flickr, Formspring and even Tumblr. You can also give them a different order and rename them to give it a personal touch;

3) Customise the lay-out, use a picture to have a different background, change the fonts and the colours;

and 4) Promote the page you’ve just created on other sites like Facebook, Twitter, WordPress, Digg, …

If you’re willing to pay some money as well, you can do even more with it. I haven’t tried it yet, but here’s the result of making one for free: http://flavors.me/LienBerden.
