About.me business cards.

Remember my blog post concerning about.me? Well, I just received an e-mail saying that about.me has teamed up with moo.com to combine an online service (your about.me page) with an offline product: business cards. What does this mean? It means that your about.me profile, URL, contact information and a QR code can be placed on an offline business card! For example:

Normally you should find an offer for a free pack of 50 business cards at the Offers section of your Dashboard. Well not actually free, ’cause you still have to pay the shipping costs which are about $5.50 (so around €3,75), but it’s not that much. Nevertheless I haven’t seized the opportunity (yet), while I don’t need business cards at the moment. I’m graduating this year so my working life has yet to begin. And I already have business cards for teeville, a (currently only dutch) side project of friends where I currently help with the (online) marketing and communications.

Are you going to order some about.me business cards? Or maybe you already have? If you do, don’t hesitate to tell me what they look like and if you’re happy with the results! Because I might want to buy them in the future…
